As Omni-Channel Manager, you will be responsible for all digital sales channels for FELCO products and play a key role in the successful implementation of the digitalization strategy.
This is your job as Omni-Channel Manager
• You are responsible for the smooth processing of e-commerce orders for the best possible customer satisfaction and maintain
regular communication with the logistic team
• You implement the digital marketing strategy for the German market
• You oversee and manage all German translations for the website and digital channels
• You monitor the performance of the sales channels based on defined KPIs and report to the E-Commerce Manager FELCO SA
• You assist with ongoing improvements to e-commerce platform (Shopify) and coordinate with the technical team
• Your support the administration of the e-commerce platforms
Your profile
• You have proven experience in e-commerce and digital marketing
• You are confident in dealing with digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify
• You have initial experience with Google Ads or Meta (Instagram)
• Fluency in German and English in mandatory. Proficiency in additional European language is desirable
• You are enthusiastic about digital trends and open to new things
