Our sheltered workshops employ over 35 people with disabilities, serving as a vector of integration. With a socio-educational mission, employees in these workshops are fully integrated into our production process, fostering true inclusion.

We assist our employees in settling in the community of our production site by offering relocation assistance, thus contributing to the dynamism and support of local activity. Today, 30% of our employees reside in Les Geneveys-sur-Coffrane.

Félix Flisch, our founder, was a strong advocate of physical activity, beginning each day with a morning walk. We actively encourage gentle mobility: supporting public transport and providing dedicated spaces for electric vehicles.
In the heart of the Swiss Jura, a shared garden at the PRETAT site allows employees to dedicate time to cultivating the land. Baskets of fruits and vegetables produced on-site are shared with employees. We also organize the distribution of locally produced apples, reinforcing local consumption and community spirit.

The interchangeability of wear parts extends the lifespan of our tools, thereby reducing our carbon footprint. We encourage our customers to repair their tools with our dedicated repair service, contributing to our goal of carbon neutrality.
A Reduced Footprint
We are proud of our factory equipped with solar panels, producing 100% green electricity. The heating of our facilities is generated by the heat from our machines, and all aluminum waste is recycled, minimizing our ecological footprint.
Beehives installed on our factory roofs promote pollination. Additionally, the flora is preserved with the development of a sustainable rose named after us, cultivated without pesticides.
